Step-by-Step Volunteer Renewal Instructions

1. Check Your Email

Look for an email from no-reply@criminalrecordcheck.com in your inbox. This email contains a crucial link to start your renewal process.

2. Click the Renewal Link

Open the email and click on the provided link. This will redirect you to the volunteer renewal page.

3. Sign In to Your Account

If prompted, sign in to your account using your credentials.

4. Navigate to the Renewal Page

If you don't see the Volunteer Renewal page immediately after signing in, check your account notifications:

  • On Desktop: Click the bell icon in the top right corner
  • On Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰), then select "Notifications"

5. Review and Update Your Information

Go through each step of the renewal process:

  • Verify your personal information
  • Update or confirm your current schools
  • Make any necessary changes to other details

6. Complete the Renewal

On the final page, carefully review all information, then click the "Finish Renewal" button.

7. Confirm Your Renewal

After completing the process, you'll be redirected to the homepage. Check that:

  • Your status remains "Approved"
  • The "Renewed On" field shows today's date
