Rejecting References
- From the
Manage References
screen, the system will give you the ability to reject a reference even if the order has been completed. Rejecting an order once the order is complete will result in the order being reopened. - Once a reference has been rejected you will have the ability to add an additional reference or any references that were added and not completed can also be used.
- Note: Once a reference is rejected, this cannot be undone. Clicking the Reject button will prompt a confirmation so a reference cannot be rejected by mistake.
